The Flight of the Creative Class

Creativity is the crucial factor for development of a society.In other words, no creativity,no development in social,cultural,economic fields. In fact,that isn't a new thing.It was like that in the past and today it is still the same and it will not change in the future.
There are mainly two different groups as societies in the World which have been successful on this way.One of them is the countries such as The USA,Canada,Australia those achieved it by immigration of intelligent people from other countries to them.The countries in the second group did it by their people.As good examples of the second group, it comes to mind firstly Japan and Germany. Those countries were destroyed completely in the Second World War but they managed to recover the remains of the war in a short period of time.Because, only the buildings were demolished by bombs,not the most important values of society such as mentality,behaviours,social and cultural background.
The things that should be done to increase the number of creative people in a society are very well known by everybody.If we have a look the history of the successful countries on this way, we can see easily the ways to be followed but, the problem is how to remove the barries on this way in devoloping countries.

It was like that in the history and it is still the same even in Today's xuryglobal and information technologies era. Many people think that using hig-tech products,super lux cars,having ultra lux houses are indicators of being modern,contemporary for individuals and hig Todays,shopping centers,business towers are for a country but in fact, it isn't like that at all! To be a part of rapidly changing world, you have to be creative and thus you can add something to the new developments in economic and social life. In fact, this isn't a new thing! it was like that in history and it will be the same in the future.
There are also some examples like the USA,Canada,Australia those have achieved very big economic developments not only by their original people but mainly thanks to naturalized ones from the developing countries!But, firstly they had big and large sources to attract people and offered very nice living conditions to them what many other countries don't have.In my opinion, Germany and Japan are very good examples on this issue. Both of them were destroyed completely in the Second World War but they eliminated the remains of the war and recovered their economies in a very short period of time. Because, only the properties those are made by people, were demolished not the societies'background,creativity and the other values such as  responsibility,discipline,ethic,willingness to become better,freedom in all aspects.
