The Flight of the Creative Class

Creativity is the crucial factor for development of a society.In other words, no creativity,no development in social,cultural,economic fields. In fact,that isn't a new thing.It was like that in the past and today it is still the same and it will not change in the future.
There are mainly two different groups as societies in the World which have been successful on this way.One of them is the countries such as The USA,Canada,Australia those achieved it by immigration of intelligent people from other countries to them.The countries in the second group did it by their people.As good examples of the second group, it comes to mind firstly Japan and Germany. Those countries were destroyed completely in the Second World War but they managed to recover the remains of the war in a short period of time.Because, only the buildings were demolished by bombs,not the most important values of society such as mentality,behaviours,social and cultural background.
The things that should be done to increase the number of creative people in a society are very well known by everybody.If we have a look the history of the successful countries on this way, we can see easily the ways to be followed but, the problem is how to remove the barries on this way in devoloping countries.
